Bartender | Bar Topa

Inspired by the tapas culture of Spain, Bar Tops is the newest addition to ivy’s thriving dining precinct. Deriving its name from the Spanish ‘topar’, meaning ‘to come across’ or ‘run into’, this tapas and pintxos bar is just the place to share a quick bite on a whim or before a show.

Lauren Murdoch – the original head chef at Felix – has collaborated with executive chef Jordan Toft to develop the short, but ever-changing menu. Dishes draw upon the flavours of the Mediterranean coast and include small snacks along with tapas cooked on ‘la plancha’.

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly bartender to join this passionate team. You will need to have 1-year experience in a similar environment and amazing guest engagement.
