The Venue

Ash St. Cellar is a European wine bar, in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Open Monday to Friday, from 7:30am for your breakfast meeting or lunch catch-up. Also the perfect spot for a relaxed glass of wine, European-inspired tapas and Sydney's best people watching.

 

Head chef Jake Ahrens creates European-inspired tapas with French, Italian and Spanish influences at this modern-style wine bar. Our wine list is curated by Franck Moreau, Merivale's award-winning master sommelier. This venue is busy & dynamic with buzzing services throughout the whole day. Providing an outstanding guest experience is at the core of everything we do. 

 

The Role

We are looking for amazing bar staff to continue the success of our venue. The role suits someone who is used to delivering fast-paced, high-quality service with experience with wine and restaurant service. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience and a desire to deliver an outstanding guest experience is a must to be successful in this role. This is a rare opportunity, a Monday to Friday venue, with the option to develop in the role.
