Our Bar teams are all about creating unforgettable guest experiences and always striving to be the best at what we do. We are looking for creative, innovative, and engaging Bar Managers & Assistant Bar Managers to add to our already legendary teams in some of our most premium venues across multiple of our Sydney venues. This role will suit a passionate and experienced beverage-driven professional, who truly understands what being hands-on means!

Coming into the business as a Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to express both your creativity as well as your organisational, communication, and people skills. Along with delivering great cocktails with speed, style, and charisma, you will also be responsible for managing the bar end to end. Your focus will be on developing your people and building an incredible team with a strong culture, as well as taking them on the journey of training and development to upskill them around product knowledge, service standards, and how to create a magical guest experience.


We are looking for experienced Managers that have:


  • Creativity and flair
  • 2-3+ years experience in a bar manager or similar position
  • Experience managing large teams of bartenders and bar team leaders
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment, overseeing multiple bar operations
  • Exceptional product knowledge and ability to drive consistency and excellence  
  • Influencing, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Business and operational acumen
  • Knowledge and skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture, and guest relationships
