Club Rose Bay has undergone a beautiful refurbishment of both indoor and outdoor areas, complete with brand-new dining and bar spaces designed to create a fun and welcoming experience for members, guests, and the wider community.

 

The Role

As part of the opening team, the Community & Events Manager will play a pivotal role in driving community engagement at Club Rose Bay through the coordination of local events, in venue marketing activations and delivering exceptional front entry guest experience. 

 

  • Oversee front office and reception operations, ensuring seamless guest experience. 
  • Manage Club Rose Bays membership system and guest enquiries. 
  • Deliver a calendar of community events and marketing activations.
  • Report insights and trends to venue operations and key internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities to boost revenue and brand presence. 
  • Maintain a community-relevant database and act as the main contact for the community. 
  • Champion group wide and venue specific social media campaigns. 

 

Essentials  

  • Previous venue operations, guest relations, marketing or event management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to community engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Technical knowledge of membership systems, social media platforms and Microsoft office.
