The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a good head for organisation to join the team for day shifts. 


The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong ordering and stock control systems
  • Passion for leading and developing new chefs
  • Food safety knowledge and experience across the kitchen
  • Good communication and attitude
  • Possess experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Adaptable, organised, and professional with an eye for detail
