The opportunity
Merivale has recently branched out into regional NSW and its first location is in Narooma, on the beautiful South Coast, nestled between Batemans Bay and Merimbula right in the heart of the oyster country, an abundant place teeming with seafood plucked from the pristine waters and surrounds. With three venues in town, Merivale is looking for a head chef who strives for excellence and knows the value of teamwork, and what it means to make sure every experience for a guest is exceptional. You will be working closely with the Exec Chef to collaborate on menu development and have full accountability of financials, the kitchen team, and product consistency.

You will be joining a team that is dedicated and passionate, with a focus on producing food that is honest, creative, and seasonal. Working closely with suppliers to get the best products and create flavoursome dishes.
