Save a table on the deck for beers and something sizzling from the kitchen, or catch a gig by your favourite local band. Get the group together for a little healthy competition on the half court or catch a game on the big screen.

 

The Role

The Vic on the Park is looking for its next Junior Sous to join this busy Inner West pub. You will come from a background that is well versed in both restaurants and pubs along with:

 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Confident running a section and working across the kitchen
  • Experience with high volume and can manage junior staff
  • Good communication and execution of dishes
