The Venue

Totti’s has arrived at Lorne! 

 

Your local Italian that’s all about sharing good food, a few laughs and a drink or two with family and friends. Headed up by Mike Eggert and Matt Germanchis, Totti’s Lorne menu is made for sharing.

 

Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven.

 

And always leave room for dessert – tiramisu, sorbet and a Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better.

 

The Role

In this role, you’ll be given the opportunity to use your creativity, introduce new and unique offerings to the wine list and take charge of the wine program for one of Merivale’s newest and most treasured venues.

 

Working closely and mentored by two Master Sommeliers Franck Moreau MS and Yohann Jousselin MS.

 

You will inspire, lead, and mentor a team of over 4 high-performing Sommeliers.

 

Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team delivering exceptional guest service we well as driving revenue and cost results.

 

This is a critical role with Merivale’s sommelier group, you’ll set the standard for world-class service and share your wine knowledge with esteemed guests to ensure their experience at Totti’s Lorne is one they’ll never forget.
