Dim Sum Chef | Merivale

We are always on the lookout for talented Dim Sum Chefs to join our state of the art production kitchen based out of our beautiful one hat venue Queen Chow Enmore.


Located on the ground floor of Queens Hotel in Enmore -  this new eatery serves Hong Kongese street food and yum cha-inspired delicacies in a glamorous old-school imperial dining house. Serving the freshest ingredients in perfectly wrapped, mouth-watering parcels, city-siders can enjoy a selection of steamed and fried dim sums daily alongside a short and snappy selection of cocktails, wines and beers.

You'll be working with world renowned Head Dim Sum Chef, Eric Koh who can really train and mentor you in this fine art.  With an international professional pedigree, including almost five years at the Michelin starred Hakkasan, Eric brings his exceptional dim sum making skills to Merivale and is ready to pass on his know-how to eager up and comers.
