Sous Chef | Hotel Centennial

Hotel Centennial is a Woollahra institution that sits in a prime location opposite Centennial Parklands. Originally established to mark the centenary of the foundation of Australia in 1888, Hotel Centennial has been a long-time fixture in eastern suburbs society.

The interiors are relaxed and elegant, with an artfully curated mix of furniture and antiques. Executive Chef Ben Greeno’s love of local produce shines in their Mediterranean-influenced menu.

We're looking for a incredibly driven and motivated Junior Sous or Sous Chef to join the Hotel Centennial team. This is a key senior leadership position in the kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll have oversight to all aspects of the business including cost control, rostering, ordering, staff performance management and administration.  You will be expected to understand and influence change, growth and efficiencies.


The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator to help drive, train & lead the team and would possess previous experience in a high-volume venue or restaurant. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a deep passion to deliver only the best dining experience and take Hotel Centennial to the next level.
