Assistant Restaurant Manager | Totti's

The Venue

Your local Italian that’s all about sharing good food, a few laughs and a drink or two with family and friends. Headed up by Mike Eggert, one of the best wood-fire chefs in the country, Tottis menu is made for sharing. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. And always leave room for dessert – tiramisu, sorbet and a Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better.

A light filled indoor space with a courtyard amongst olive trees, you will feel as though you are in the region of Southern Italy.
