The Venue 

El Loco is lively, loud and proud of it. A cantina based in the CBD, combining food, fun and friends for the ultimate Mexican fiesta - is now looking for a strong chef to join the ranks!  

The El Loco menu at Slip Inn includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style Quesabirria, Burrito Bowl, D.I.Y Tacos, El Frederioko Hot Dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos. 

The Role 

We are looking for a motivated casual commis chef who wants to join this fun and dynamic team, if you have: 

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and a love of Mexican food 
• Provide consistent quality to the food and work practices  
• Happy to work late nights a couple of times a week.
• Professional and organised with good communication
