The Venue 

Merivale’s production kitchen is located in Mascot and is the heart of our business. It is a dedicated space with the latest equipment and tools in order to produce top quality products to support our venues and teams. This team don’t do ordinary, they specialise in delivering the very best Merivale product and standards. 

 

The Role 

We are looking for talented Dim Sum Cooks and Chefs to join the team on a casual basis. The role involves producing a variety of dumplings and dim sum for a range of Merivale restaurants. 

If you have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience making Dim Sum in a hotel or restaurant environment and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
