With large outdoor communal tables, a basketball ring and frisbees you can expect to settle in with live entertainment and sport. The Alex is family and dog friendly because our backyard is your backyard. 

The Role 

We are on the lookout for a Casual Demi or Commis Chef to join our team at The Alex. The ideal person will have the following experience:

• 1+ years cooking in a pub or bistro setting. 
• Has experience across the kitchen. 
• Able to work evenings and weekends. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced team and environment. 
• Calm under pressure, with good communication.
